Feeling motivated to lose weight is typically not difficult to do. In the beginning, most people are extremely motivated to lose weight. What Is Your Why?

Once you achieve it, add on another one and continue this process until you reach your desired goal. Also, avoid setting goals that are impossible to achieve such as losing 30 pounds in a months time. Use realistic goals to create and sustain your motivation to lose weight.
Give It Time
Weight loss is a process and takes some time to achieve. There is no point to starving yourself for days in the hope of shedding those pounds sooner. Even if you were to lose some weight quickly, it is not likely to stay off. If have patience, take things slowly and lose weight at a healthy rate such as a pound or two a week, you will feel better, look better and your weight will have a far higher chance of staying off.
