Stomach Flattening Exercises

You can try these easy stomach flattening exercises. First, you need to do a belly roll. Stretch out your legs and arms. Exhale completely and slowly roll up and touch your toes. Do this 15 times. Another exercise is the bicycle. Lay flat and bring your opposite elbow close to the opposite knee. Then go back and forth fast. Be sure not to put any force on the neck. Do this 25 times on each side.  The last exercise is the cross leg crunch.   Place your foot on top of your knee.  Place both hands behind your back and slowly crunch up so that your opposite elbow gets as closer as possible to your opposite knee.
These are a few simple stomach flattening exercises that you can do at home. These simple exercises will help you get a flat stomach that you've always wanted, without spending too much time in the gym.
