Exercise should also be a part of your daily life. You need not be afraid of exercise. There are lots of easy exercises which you can do, which are also efficient in developing a flatter tummy. These are easy, effective and inexpensive, to boot.
Keep in mind that exercising too much is also bad for you. The body may interpret the rise in exercise as stress and as such can lead to hitches like retaining fluid and being constipated. While doing intensive workouts, include some relaxing exercises like yoga or walking to counter the effects.
