With winter fast approaching we can all agree summer is well and truly over. Unfortunately this doesn’t mean all that hard work you did to get that perfect beach body can go out the window. With the holidays comes party season and this means looking as fabulous as possible in your party outfit. This time of year also gives us a massive selection of yummy food to feast on. Not forgetting the ususal New Year’s resolution that you’ll lose all that extra weight by feb. To make it much easier why not start your New Year’s resolution now. This doesn’t have to be as hard as it sounds and all you need to do is make a few tweaks to your current exercise routine.
If you have no exercise routine at the moment you need to start getting one in place as soon as possible. You don’t want to have to do anything too dramatic otherwise you won’t stick to it so find some exercise that can be done easily. Vibration plates are a really easy solution. These are great as they don’t mean you have to spend our slogging your guts out to start seeing a result. A vibration plate stregthens and tones your muscles with each of the vibrations. Of course if a power plate is not for yuo there are still plenty of other options out there you could try.
Next you need to look at what you’re eating. This doesn’t mean you have to live of cabbage soup and celery sticks for the next three months. Just think about what your’e eating and don’t eat just for the sake of eating. Make small adjustments like swap your bread for brown wholemeal. Instead of fries try carrot and parsnip sticks bakes in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt. You’ll soon notice the difference and you’ll be feeling amazing.
