If you would like to lose tummy fat fast, it is not going to take miracles, potions, and methods. All it boils down to is the basics. I was one of those who would put so much stock in diet pills, fad diets, for example.
When I just followed a simple weight loss program, and implemented the following easy tips to lose tummy fat fast, I reached my goals quicker than I presumed I would.
Here’s what I did…
Drink masses of water. You hear this so much, but yet most people don’t abide by this golden tip. Drinking masses of water daily will have such a huge effect on not just for you to lose tummy fat, but also for your complete general fitness. Attempt to drink [*FR1] gallon up to 1 gallon or more daily depending on your physical activities. Drinking plenty of water daily flushes out harmful toxins, replenishes muscle cells, helping in improving your metabolism to effectively and quickly lose tummy fat, total body fat, and create lean muscle.
Do high intensity weight lifting. Trust me on this, you’ll be sweating your butt off!! This is actually a new workout I added to my daily exercise routine. I have been informed about this workout before, but never put any attention to it.
This is what you do : instead of resting after doing one set on a specific workout, go right over to another workout and do a set there, and then you would rotate between the two workouts, of course without resting, up until 4 sets between the two exercise programmes. You know what this is? You are mixing cardio and weight training into one! A nickname for this kind of workout is called super sets. Try it and you will see what I am talking about!
Go to sleep. I know you want to watch your favourite T.V. Show or go to the movies, etc., but if you want to lose belly fat, you'll have to get more sleep! Sleep is crucial in that it allows your body to function properly. The correct function of the body will burn fat … provided that you make the right vacation (nutrition, water, exercise).
