Don’t simply sit in sorrow if you are not satisfied with your height. Exercise instead! Trust me ; I was able to increase my height with exercise.
At first, it may appear impossible to believe that doing some exercises can raise your height. However it will. It already increased the height of many people. There is no reason exercising will not try a change in your height, too.
These are some exercises I did to extend my height. Try these, too.
Exercise 1 — Swimming: Swim for half an hour per day to help increase you height. Every day, your spine gets compress and this makes you shorter. If you swim, your vertebrae disks will be expanding and you will get taller.
Exercise 2 — The other way up: Hanging upside down from a pole will boost your growth as it expands your spine disks. But don’t overdo this exercise. Executing this activity for over 5 mins each day might permanently harm your backbone.
Exercise 3 — Jumping Rope: Jumping rope is also an excellent height-increase exercise. It will help you become taller as it can lengthen and fortify your thighs and legs. You will become more flexible if you regularly do jumping rope.
Exercise 4 — Balletdancer Exercise: Stand-up against a wall. Stand on your toes like a balletdancer. Lift both of your arms above your head as high as practicable. It will make your backbone longer and exterminate spinal curve.
Exercise 5 — Running: High speed running is also an effective technique to make you taller. This exercise is executed by many sportsmen. If you run quickly, you’re making tiny splinters in the leg bones. The fractures will heal quickly and it will dramatically lengthen your bones.
Exercise 6 — Ankle Weights: Sit on the floor. Have weights tied from your ankles. Start it with smaller weights, say two pounds, and steadily increase the weights as you get used to this exercise. Pick up one leg at a time, slowly. Repeat this exercise for as many times as you can.
Exercise 7 — Yoga: Yoga is a preferred exercise to increase height. I’m using this, too, to increase my height. Execute yoga at least half an hour every day. It will aid you align and buttress your backbone so you may achieve 3 to 4 inches increase in height.
