Yes, definitely.
And why?
Because it is not natural. It takes away your (and others) free. Freedom to choose. If you want to for medical reasons, you will find many in the network.
Tips?
Various tips have worked for various people. You would have to chose your tip based on which one suits your temperament.
But if you think, Tips are only external. If you return to your natural, healthy state, you wouldn’t need tips. The cravings will not arise when you return to your natural state.
Tips for that? Yoga helps. Meditation helps too. Or better still, attend the "Art Of Living" breath workshop. I’ve seen people quit without even consciously trying after attending this workshop and practicing Sudarshan Kriya(R). All such habits which are not good for you just drop off!
