
I read "Stop Smoking the easy way. I'm not sure if this is one you say or not. This one is Sallie Stone. I think that actually a lot of crap. Although it tells you to chew gum big red cure cravings, and I think that really works. It tells you that basically only be gradually reduced. Beginning at a pack a day, remove a cigarette a day and keep going. 20 … 19 … 18 … 17 … etc. If you smoke a pack a day, you should be smoke-free after about 2 boxes. I do not know …. I like Big Red though.
