
I am 17 years old. Have been smoking for two years, because I got a job. I tried to sharply ago, cold turkey, but it is very hard in school and work. His tough feeling like shit all day from the off. Any tips that may be some use?

Also, I smoke about a pack of day of the worst things for you. Marlboro Reds.
The first 3 days are the worst, you will be irritable and really short tempered.
I cried for 3 days straight I was so angry, I just cried and slept. It was terrible.
But after those first 3 days, it gets wayyyyy easier.
The cravings are there but it wasent like OMG I NEED ONE NOW, it was more like my brain was just reminded what it was like to have nicotine in there.
After the first week, you’ll barley think about it.
I chewed LOTS of GUM, almost 2 packs of gum per day, it helps to keep your mouth busy.
Thats a large extent this is the first 3 days of hell, but after that it becomes easier and easier every day.
