
Because I did some therapy nicotine patches and no results.
Drink plenty of water and tea helped me relaxed me.
In addition, do some exercise routine, particularly when you're craving the smoke. Do things to keep myself busy. Calm down, talk to people around you, maybe they will not try to stress you.
In addition, it was without any nicotine replacement. So you can do it.
Remember smoking is not an option, and you mind will not even have that temptation more.
