
Well, I just found out today that I am pregnant. and im trying so hard to quit smoking, what are some ways! Please help
I would like to talk to Dr about this, but even just cutting back slowly to work. I read somewhere that is cold turkey, not the best way, because 1, you and the child is addicted to it and 2, it is stress and stress is not good for the baby!
I have also heard that every time you want to smoke to brush your teeth with cinnamon tooth paste or chew cinnamon gum… It gives you something to do and if you do light up after that it is so gross tasting that you won’t finish the smoke
oh and don’t be dumb… once you quit don’t start back up after the baby is born… it is worse for your child to live in a home where a parent smokes then it is if you had smoked a pack a day your whole pregnancy
